Cherating, Kuantan

These are the pictures from when I was bored and drove all the way from my home to Cherating which is a journey of about 45 km. There was no one in sight as it was in the afternoon of a weekday. So, I kind of got the whole beach to myself.
It was a clear and hot day, a good weather to be spent at the beach. But alone? It was definitely lonely.
There was no one at all on the beach except for me which made me super-excited. I was running and hopping all by myself as if the whole beach was mine.
But running and hopping sure takes a lot of energy. So I sat down and made a little art of my own using the sand as my canvas and the shells as my ink.
Then it was time to go home. I can't really stay there long otherwise I'll be burnt black! So I went back, and once I reached home, I realised that I dropped my phone on the beach! Had to drive all 45km back. I was rushing there in case someone else found it and decided not to return it. But when I left the beach, no one was there so I really hope and hope and hope that no one would be there and take my phone.
And I found it! Laying there on the white sand just waiting for me to come get it.
Moral of the story: If you're wearing a jeans with a really shallow pocket and you put your phone in there, never go jumping around like a mad person.

Pantai Balok, Kuantan

This is going to be a lazy entry from me. I tried uploading these pictures for 4-5 times already but only succeeded on the fifth time. It made me lost my mood for story-telling.
Anyway, these are the pictures from when my family and I went to Pantai Balok for some relaxation time. Can't consider it a picnic because we did not bring any food at all. My brothers didn't get a swim because they did not bring any extra clothes. So we were just lolling around the beach, enjoying the wind and some ice cream.

Out of pictures

Currently, I'm in the state of being a NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training). It's good to be relaxing at home, doing nothing but it's bad since I no longer have any income. Food and accommodation is being provided by Mom, so I don't have to worry about that. But it is so boring that I could not go out to play or shop since okane ga nai. *sigh*
And it is so damn boring as well because I can't go to places and take pictures. Well, Malaysia isn't as scenic as Australia, so there are limited places where I can take beautiful pictures. Yesterday, we went to the beach but it was filled with cow dung. It smelled so bad I could not enjoy the fun of being outdoor at all.
Basically, for this past week, I've been a hikikomori. I only went out of my room to get some food or when I think it is necessary to show my face to my family. Otherwise, my mom would come banging at my door just to check on me. That annoyed me sometimes especially when she's disturbing my nap. That's all I've been doing anyway. Sleep, eat, then sleep again. Sometimes I would watch Gash Bell while doing my cross stitch. It's not done yet, but maybe when it is, I'll snap a picture and post it here. Who knows when though.

ekonomi meleset

Nak marah betul rasanya dengan makcik cafe aritu. Aku dahla tengah krisis ekonomi sekarang ni. Dia pula caj makanan aku mahal gila. Bayangkanlah, mihun dengan ayam je dah letak harga RM 4.80.
Padahal kawan aku beli mihun jugak. Siap dengan sotong plus sayur tapi dia caj RM 3.80 je.
Menyampah rasanya! Dah lama dah anti makcik tu sebenarnya. Tapi sebab kadang-kadang malas nak keluar setakat nak cari makanan. Itu yang beli jugak dengan dia. Dia sepatutnya berterima kasih dengan aku sebab masih beli makanan dengan dia. Bukannya main caj mahal macam tu. Mentang-mentanglah dia takde customer lain.
Mulai hari ni, rasanya aku kena start menabung. Tapi income bukannya banyak pun. So, tak banyak sebenarnya yang aku boleh save. So far, save changes je. Apa yang ada dalam poket, masuk tabung. Setakat mana je boleh dapat. Kalau berterusan duit mengalir keluar macam ni, bila masanya aku boleh beli Mitsubishi Lancer??!

Finally finished being a student in IPG KTI. Got through my exams yesterday, one assignment to finish up and some programs tomorrow, then finished! Of course I have to come back here one last time for our KISSM. But that didn't matter much.
So, to celebrate it, I took out my camera which has been resting in the cupboard far too long and took some pictures. At first, I thought I'll take pictures of all the gift that my students gave me when I finished practicum, but then it was too much of a hassle to take them out one by one. So I just snap some of this jar full of stars which was already out and on my table. The lighting wasn't really good too, it was night time. It's hard to get natural light in my room anyway because we had to keep our curtains closed. Otherwise, people can see everything in this room.
This was a gift from Rashid. He said he took two days to make all the little stars inside the jar. And I must say, it was well made too. Thanks, kid.
When I was taking this photo, the jar fell. Couldn't hold its stability. But the end product was still okay.
After it fell.
Well, now I wish I have a close-up lens and maybe an external flash for my camera. But I really don't know whether I should buy accessories for my point and shoot camera or just buy a new DSLR and accessorize it instead. Which would be better?

Hari ni dengan rasminya, praktikum di SMK Kempas dah berakhir. Sedih tapi tak menangis pun. Felt like I could always go back there to see them if I really miss them that much. As a matter of fact, minggu depan still kena pergi sebab pengetua masih belum tanda attendance for April. Better pergi hari Isnin sebab hari Selasa ada kelas Fizik. Manalah tau kalau2 Pn Koh decide nak mengamuk hari tu ke. Huhu

Mungkin sebab dah ada facebook, jadi malas nak update fotopage ni. Lagipun, dah lama tak angkat kamera dan ambil gambar secara serius. Mungkin sibuk, mungkin malas. Atau mungkin jugak sejak balik ke Malaysia, sumber inspirasi habis hilang. Kat sini bukan ada banyak benda cantik yang sesuai untuk dijadikan objek ilham.
Toyuwakede (in conclusion), I decided to post at least one photo per week. I mean, I'll try to post at least one photo per week. Let's see how long I'll last.

Gambar ni diambil while I was driving from Kuantan to JB last weekend. Dari Kuantan cuaca cerah je tapi bila nak masuk highway ke JB, hujan lebat yang teramat. Dari jauh lagi dah boleh nampak awan gelap atas JB tu.
